CCS Payment Plan...
 
When enrolling more than one student, the youngest child automatically becomes the first child and is charged the higher rate. Other children would then pay the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th student tuition.

Extended Learning Center (ELC)

ELC - Morning and Afternoon Extended Learning Center is available for students from 6:30-8:00 a.m. and from 3:30-6:00 p.m. Please note that 8:00-8:30 a.m. and 3:15-3:30 p.m. are grace periods during which parents are NOT charged for ELC. The children are dismissed to class from the gym at 8:15 a.m. The instructional day begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. The children are dismissed from their class to the gym at 3:15 p.m. The fee is $2.75 per half hour for the first child, and $1.38 per half hour for the second and third child. The fee is billed in 30 minute increments, for example: from 3:30 p.m. until 4:10 p.m. the rate is $5.50. From 3:30 p.m. until 4: 30 p.m. the rate is still $5.50. Any disputes over ELC sign-in or sign-out times must be discussed with the school office within sixty (60) days of the date of the statement in dispute, or payment will be required as invoiced.


Children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. Fees will increase to $1.00 per minute for each minute a child remains after 6:00 p.m.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Testing Fee:

Christian Center School does require that new students be tested
(the exception is 3 year olds). Additional information is available in the office about the testing options available.

New Student Testing and Evaluation Fee (K4 and above):

In-House Abeka Test (see Testing sheet for explanations) - $75.00

Music Fee

Third Graders begin flute-a-phone lessons in October as a part of the curriculum. Each student must have their own flute-a-phone The price for the flute-a-phone and book set is $12.00. Third grade parents will be billed in the 1st quarter.

Science Lab Fee

Students in 1st - 5th grades will be billed $25.00 and students in grades 6th - 8th will be billed $50.00 in the third quarter. This fee covers consumables used during the school year and also helps to procure new Science Lab equipment.

Graduation Fee:

The K5 and 8th grade Classes have an end of the year Graduation Program each year. The graduates wear caps & gowns and the K5 students also have an opportunity to demonstrate many of the skills they have learned through-out the year. An additional $60.00 for K5 and $75 for 8th is included in the Eighth Monthly Statement.

Special Activities:

Money for special activities, e.g., fundraisers, field trips, etc., are to be sent to school in a sealed envelope labeled with the following:
1. Child's name and grade
2. Purpose and amount
3. Teacher's name
4. Date

Late Fee:

A late fee of 10% of the Total Amount Due will be charged to accounts showing a balance due after the 10th of the month. When the 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, please make arrangements to have the payment into the office prior to the 10th to avoid a late fee. The maximum late fee is $30.00 unless the account is over 30 days Past Due.

Past Due:

Interest will be applied at the rate of 18% per annum to all accounts 30 days in arrears. The student will not be allowed to return to school until the account is brought to date. If your account remains unpaid after your child is no longer enrolled, 40% of the outstanding balance will be invoiced to the account to cover any attorney fees should court proceedings become necessary, or, optionally, for our collections agency should you choose to settle with them.

IMPORTANT - The following applies to all past due accounts:

1. Student will not be admitted to class beginning the next school day until the account is paid in full.
2. Student will not receive report card.
3. Student's transcript will not be released.
4. Student will not participate in the K5 or 6th Grade graduation if applicable.

Returned Checks:

A fee of $30.00 will be charged for each returned check. If two checks are returned, the account will be on a money order/certified check ONLY basis.

PLEASE NOTE:

Your signature on the registration or re-registration form will indicate your understanding of all fees outlined on this Schedule of Fees. If you have any questions, please contact the school office prior to signing the form.

Any disputes over billing must be discussed with the school office within sixty (60) days of the date of the statement in dispute, or payment will be required as invoiced.
